New South Homes & Granny Flat Solutions are a multi-award-winning family-owned construction company based in Sydney's North. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to help the most important people in our business - our customers Ideally that person has experience in the construction industry.

This role requires someone who loves to help and work alongside our successful sales team. It is a 5-day (40 hours) per week role, but once a month this will include weekend work from our Display Homes in West Pennant Hills.

You will be responsible for the customer’s journey from the initial enquiry through to Sales which includes:

- Handle enquiries and interest from the Display Homes and finding solutions for our customer’s needs
- Always maintain the presentation of the Display Homes to a high standard
- Influencing our customers during the pre-Sales process
- Working on creating and sustaining relationships with customers and our internal teams
- Updating our CRM with customer notes, additional information and data to assist our teams
- Be accountable for meeting KPIs

- Being able to consistently develop your knowledge on products, services, and processes
- Proven time and organisational management skills
- A team player who is comfortable working autonomously
- A problem solver who loves to help customers
- Excellent professional presentation
