We are seeking a high-performing and customer-focused **Service Coordinator / Receptionist** to join our busy service team. This role is the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Handle incoming and outgoing service booking calls.
- Explain service options, processes, and next steps to customers.
- Complete relevant paperwork and update customer records.
- Support the scheduling of workshop bookings and liaise with colleagues.
- Keep customers informed throughout their service journey.
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience in line with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

**We’re looking for someone who**
- Has outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Is confident dealing with all types of customers.
- Has strong IT and administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Brings problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Has experience in a similar customer service or automotive role (preferred, not essential).
- Holds a current driver’s licence.
