An incredibly rare opportunity has presented itself to work alongside two of Brisbane’s Real Estate Powerhouses from Place Kangaroo Point, the selling Directors, Simon Caulfield & Courtney Caulfield. Place Kangaroo Point are known for being an industry leading agency with a team culture focused on continual growth and success.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, vendor management and sales activity;
- Extensive diary management ensuring the director has his days and time with clients and the wider Place Kangaroo Point team maximised;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
- General personal tasks as requested by the Director;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
- Self-managing day to day tasks;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a high functioning administration or supporting an executive with a jam-packed calendar;
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; and
- Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
