**Overview**:
A personal assistant carries out administrative tasks for the Managing Director. They preside over minor matters so that their manager can focus on more important issues, such as decision making and company targets. On a daily basis, a personal assistant usually:

- organises meetings
- manages expenses and payroll
- manages professional calendars
- monitors phone calls and attends to customer relations
- research for vendors

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Monitors phone calls and tends to customer service
- Ensure scheduling system (Tutorbird) is up to date
- Onboarding and invoicing
- Reconcile payments and chase up collections
- Check and pay wages to staff memebers

**Client and Community Management**:

- Social media community management
- Set up appointments from incoming enquiries
- Triage calls

**Longer term projects**:

- Might be placed on longer term projects for the next stage of business growth, for example implementation of workflows, creation of handbooks, and set up of new software.

**Salary**: $52,040.22 - $79,670.47 per year
