**We are looking for a fabulous, bright and energetic Personal**
**Assistant to join our growing team**

Location: Sanctuary Point, NSW. 2540

Hours:
Mondays 2-4 hours
Fridays: 2-4 hours
Potential for Thursdays (or may be flexible for other days)

- You just love the pure bliss of an organised shoe cupboard.
- You feel anxious when things are not tidy and organised. And just must fix it
- You believe in the mantra ‘clean house, clean mind”
- You feel peaceful doing repetitive tidying tasks like folding the washing or categorising the food cupboard.
- You are a ‘details person’you notice the little things like spelling mistakes or your friend’s favourite shorts and you never forget important dates.

**Requirements**:

- Must have licence and reliable car
- (Desirable but not essential) Have good working laptop or ipad
- Must have a good working phone
- Exceptional computer skills
- Out of this world organisational skills
- Never miss a beat - attention to detail
- An interest in Ecommerce is preferred but not essential
- Must love kids and dogs

**The Tasks**:
(These are some of the tasks but are not inclusive of everything required of the role)

**The Office**:

- Packing Orders for our Ecommerce Store (this is your #1 task)
- Organising stock
- Unpacking new stock and inputting basic product details into Shopify
- Scheduling

**The House and Family**:

- Washing clothes - and folding, ironing
- Dishes
- General Tidying in the house
- Ordering groceries
- Occasional help with our 5 year old son
- General Errands
- Organising family schedules
- General household tasks - organising repairs, paying bills etc
- Household organisation
- Ordering household and personal supplies

Creating systems to keep our life in order eg. Lists, timelines,

You will need to be a mature minded person in the way you can foresee the needs of our family and business before we do. This role won’t suit you if you require non-stop micro
- managing. We require someone who can find solutions and offer suggestions on how to improve - before we even know we need it. From organising our life to our business.

We are a new and growing E-commerce store in the Grooming Industry.
