We provide products and services including trade credit, risk protection, equipment finance, trade events, travel services, fuel cards and more. Last financial year Member purchases exceeded $2.59 billion and Member returns exceeded $71 million.

**The Role & What We Are Looking For**

Day to day for our team looks something like:

- Keeping our in-house data base up to date with member details
- Processing member redemption forms

We are looking for people who have:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A positive, friendly can do attitude
