Recent investment to support further growth provides a great opportunity for a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leader to join the team to help drive business transformation.

**About the role**
Reporting to the CEO and based at their Northern Suburbs site, the Head of Operations will lead a team that covers Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Safety, and Compliance.

Priorities of the role include:

- Delivery of factory improvements in terms of efficiency and capacity and ensuring a strong safety culture is fostered and maintained.
- Setting KPIs, introducing lean/visual concepts, and assessment of capital requirements.
- Development of a more robust Sales & Operations Planning process to deliver future growth and optimise inventory management.
- Introduce new and efficient product handling and stock management processes on site.
- Assessment of product costings to ensure a profitable SKU portfolio
