**About the Role**

We’re searching for an **Executive Talent Scout** to lead the hunt for our most critical and high-impact leaders, from senior managers to emerging executives who will shape the culture, capability and future of our organisation.

You’ll be our **internal head-hunter.** Equal parts strategist, connector, and storyteller. Identifying and engaging top talent before they even start looking.

As part of our **Talent & Optimisation team**, you will:

- Proactively source and build relationships with exceptional leaders across sectors.
- Map the market to identify rising talent and critical skill areas.
- Bring market intelligence and insights to influence workforce strategy.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and P&C Business Partners to anticipate leadership needs.
- Champion our employer brand and share the story of impact-driven careers at Churches of Christ.

**About You**

You’re a natural networker who sees potential where others see positions.
You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in executive search, headhunting or strategic sourcing (in-house or agency).
- Strong relationship and stakeholder skills, able to connect confidently with senior leaders.
- Experience turning market insights into proactive sourcing strategies.
- A curious, agile mindset with a genuine passion for people and purpose.
- A collaborative style that thrives in a values-led environment.

Experience in **aged care, community, or healthcare** is a plus, but heart and curiosity go further.
