**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior proactive sourcing.
- Strength in market mapping and persona design—you know how to spot cultural alignment, not just capability.
- Mastery of sourcing tools, platforms, and creative techniques.
- A passion for building workforce pipelines, not just filling vacancies.
- Hunger to be part of a transformation agenda, not a transactional function.
