Reporting to our Senior Talent Partner and working closely with the Head of Talent & Optimisation, this role places you at the centre of a bold transformation: cracking the toughest talent markets, mapping candidate personas, and delivering the leadership and specialist hires that define our future.

You won't just be filling jobs, you'll be owning the hunt for mission-critical roles, partnering with executives, and shaping pipelines that impact thousands of lives across Queensland and Victoria.

Your Impact

• Lead the search for leadership, specialist, and frontline roles that are business-critical and hard to fill.
• Build and apply candidate persona maps to ensure every hire is skilled, values-driven, and culturally aligned.
• Engage passive talent like a trusted advisor- building relationships that position us as an employer of choice.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, risks, and opportunities to support workforce strategy.
• Drive speed, quality, and consistency across the hiring journey - ensuring a gold-standard candidate experience.
• Collaborate across the talent team, sharing insights, learnings, and innovations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior proactive sourcing.
• Strength in market mapping and persona design—you know how to spot cultural alignment, not just capability.
• Gravitas and communication skills to influence senior leaders and connect with passive candidates.
• Mastery of sourcing tools, platforms, and creative techniques.
• A passion for building workforce pipelines, not just filling vacancies.
• Hunger to be part of a transformation agenda, not a transactional function.
