Our client, one of the Big4s, is currently going through a major transformation and are on the hunt for a Head of Campus Recruitment to join their ever-growing team.

The Early Careers & Campus team are a high performing team who are extremely passionate about what they do. That is why this role is pivotal in continuing to drive their campus recruitment strategy to greater heights.

**Working as the Head of Campus Recruitment, this role will**:

- Owning, leading and overall management of graduate recruitment
- Leading a team of 15 individuals with 5 direct reports
- Developing strategic recruitment plans and program management to ensure a seamless execution

**About you**:

- You have a wealth of experience managing early careers recruitment campaigns
- You will have experience dealing with high volume campus programs with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- You are passionate and ready to navigate an increasingly complex and competitive recruitment marketplace
