Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan and execute recruitment campaigns for Associate roles in order to engage and attract target candidates in a highly competitive recruiting landscape.
  • To provide support for proactive pipelining activities undertaken for the Associate cohort.
  • To identify and drive improvements and efficiencies throughout the recruitment process, applying analytics and a data-driven approach to recruiting.
  • To focus on diversity recruiting initiatives and efforts.
  • To maintain awareness of broader trends in the market.
Additional Responsibilities
  • To be 'the face' of our organization at campus recruiting events.
  • To develop and design strategy for campus recruitment events, onsite and campus events for Associate and Scholarship campaigns, inclusive of all logistics.
  • To assist in setting the strategy for, and own relationships with student societies and clubs on campus, as well as liaising and engaging with relevant career services, faculties, colleges, etc.
  • To own the Strategy Academy Masterclass series of events.
  • To track the return on investment from our marketing activities to determine best results.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition gained in a fast-paced environment; experience working in professional services or in campus recruitment preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A high level of integrity – you are reliable, trustworthy and ethically grounded.
  • A strong sense of ownership – committed to driving our TA agenda, you are proactive, take initiative and adapt easily to change.
  • Motivated and willing to learn – pursues continuous improvement; seeks to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent organisation skills – strong ability to track and project manage all tasks and shifting deadlines through a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong networking skills with an ability to build deeply trusted relationships across all levels of business.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to adjust to the needs of individual recipients.
  • An ability to leverage data to derive and develop insights.
