Overview
Head of Campus at Edmund Rice Flexi School (Elizabeth Campus).
Middle Campus – Years 7-9.
Location: Elizabeth Campus (Middle School Campus).
Contract: Fixed-Term, Full-Time Senior Leader position (5+5), with a continuing substantive full-time teaching or non-teaching role.
Commencement: 13 January 2025 or to be negotiated with successful applicant.

About the Organisation
The Edmund Rice Flexi School (Elizabeth) is a campus of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA).
Our school provides an educational and wellbeing service for young people aged 12 - 21 years.
We aim to re-engage young people who seek a different way of learning.
Core principles are Respect, Participation, Honesty and Safe & Legal.
Staff and young people collaborate on common ground to foster a positive environment where outcomes in education and wellbeing are achieved.
About the Role
Each Flexi School has a Head of Campus who has delegated responsibility from the Area Principal for the day-to-day management and leadership of the campus.
The Head of Campus provides leadership and supervision to staff and young people, working with the Area Principal, Regional Team members and other EREAFSL personnel as required.

About You
Understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system in the Edmund Rice tradition.
Proven senior leadership experience, both strategic and operational, with strong organisational, administrative, communication, and leadership skills related to this position.
High-level communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills for success in a complex organisational structure.
Capacity to lead the Flexi School culture under the four Principles of operation (Respect, Safe and Legal, Honesty, Participation) in a common-ground framework.
Capacity for multidisciplinary leadership to manage human, financial and physical resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills supporting a strong community focus within and external to the school.
Ability to provide leadership in trauma-informed practice and wellbeing support to help students achieve positive social outcomes and re-engagement in learning.
Capacity to provide leadership in learning and pedagogy to achieve quality learning outcomes for all students.
Relevant teaching qualifications; postgraduate qualifications in Education, Social Services, Educational Leadership or Theology are desirable or to be undertaken.
Be registered, or eligible for registration, as a teacher in the state where the Flexi School is located.
Working With Children Check Clearance.
