**About the role**

Based at any of our head office locations, this permanent, full time,** Pricing Manager Role** reports to the **Senior Manager Pricing and Analysis **in the Products and Analysis department with key responsibilities:

- Pricing management
- Monitor market movements, product profitability, funding requirements and consider staff and customer feedback to assist in making proactive pricing recommendations for interest rates and fees
- Draft and submit quality pricing submissions, reports and analytics based on strategy to senior leaders and Pricing Committee as required
- Present pricing recommendations and market findings regularly to large forums on a biweekly basis with stakeholders up to the executive level
- Assisting the organisation with pricing related recommendations when developing new products
- Portfolio Management
- Evaluate timely and accurate data analysis on portfolios and combine with relevant market or competitor insights
- Submit standardised pricing reports to the Pricing Committee as required with appropriate commentary on material changes
- Providing analytical advice and recommendations
- Portfolio Forecasting
- Liaise across Products, Customer Segment, Finance and Treasury teams to provide key inputs into the Groups monthly Asset and Liability forecasting process.
- Develop forecasting scenarios, provide recommendations for the business to consider in line with targeted return profiles

- Knowledge and understanding of the drivers to product profitability (capital, cost of funds, asset and liability yields, fee income streams)
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
- Understanding of the Groups Capital and Funds Transfer Pricing frameworks as it relates to the reported profitability of asset and liability products (internal)
- Understanding of the customer markets that engage with the Bank’s asset and liability products
- System Knowledge
- RFS, LINX, Excel, Access (internal)
- Sound understanding of legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services
- General financial industry knowledge
- Base skills in SQL and PowerBI for data extraction and manipulation/presentation
