**About the Company**
My client is a commercial organisation, which offers passenger services right across Australia. They are currently seeking to expand their team with an additional Payroll Officer to support future high growth.
The Payroll Manager is supportive and flexible to offer hours that suit you. Options may include working 38 hours over less days, a 9-day fortnight, a mix of late and early finishes (early finish on Friday's anyone?), or part-time options.
**About the Role**
- End-to-end payroll processing including WorkCover, Superannuation, Award interpretation, termination, redundancy calculations, new employee data entry, leave calculations, salary packaging, and pay increases/deductions.
- Administer the payment of wages, salaries, processing of new starters, transfers, salary reviews and progressions, cessations and other entitlements as per the relevant policies and agreements.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure the integrity of the database.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures in all aspects, including the maintenance of accurate records.
**About You**
We are looking for a team player who is collaborative and even-tempered. You must have knowledge of payroll processing.
**The Benefits**
