Join our clients onsite team as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing commercial assets in Brisbane. As a private and established owner of commercial real estate, they are committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and maximizing the value of their assets. This Senior Property Manager role would be well suited to someone with experience in managing smaller office or fringe/suburban properties for an agency or landlord that wants to step up into CBD based assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties in Brisbane, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term asset goals and enhance property value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and tenant retention.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations to achieve favorable outcomes for the property owner.
- Monitor market trends and competitive properties to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Part of an onsite management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate principles, leasing practices, and property management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Current real estate license or certification preferred.
