As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company. From managing schedules and appointments to coordinating meetings and handling correspondence, you'll be the right-hand person to our Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director's calendar and appointments.
- Organizing travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Coordinating meetings and conferences, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the Director and the company's growth.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
