Administration Assistant – Warehousing & Logistics

Location: Kemps Creek

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team and support daily warehousing and transport operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solid background in logistics administration, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry and general administrative support
  • Preparing and managing transport and delivery documentation
  • Liaising with warehouse and transport teams
  • Monitoring and tracking stock and deliveries

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
