**Job Title**: Fulfilment Specialist

**Location**: Warehouse - Transport & Logistics

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00am start time (non-negotiable)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfilment Specialist to join our warehouse and logistics team. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring correct handling and storage.
- Operate within warehouse safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfilment targets.
- Support transport and logistics operations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit - heavy lifting may be required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a **9:00am start time (Monday-Friday, non-negotiable)**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
