As a result of our continued growth we are on the lookout for our next awesome service superstar. You will be working predominantly from home and one day a fortnight from our Murarrie office.

**What will you do?**

As a Client Retention Specialist, you will retain and increase loyalty of customers by identifying root causes and delivering solutions using your exceptional problem solving and communication skills. This is an inbound role, answering inbound calls with no dialling out.

You will service existing clients by...
- Retaining existing business and client profiles
- Assisting with policy renewals
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Making policy changes and amendments
- Cancelling existing policies
- Helping our customers set up new insurance policies

**Recruitment Experience**

There are three stages to the recruitment of this role:
2.**Chat Interview** you will then be invited to complete a chat based interview, where you will be asked behavioural interview questions (similar to a face to face interview) taking you about 20-25 minutes to complete.

3.**One-to-One Interview **if successful, you will be invited to an interview where you'll learn more about the role and company.
