Ausbil Investment Management, based in Sydney, is one of Australia’s leading specialist Australian and global investment managers. Established in 1997, we are a strategic partnership between members of the investment/management team of Ausbil and New York Life Investment Management. Our clients include industry superannuation funds, investment platform, advisers and retail investors.

**Your New Role**:
We are searching for a Client Services Support person to join the Ausbil team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products.
- Process customer requests: Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.
- Improve our processes: Identify opportunities to enhance our operations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Be a team player: Assist other teams with adhoc tasks, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.

**About You**:
You will ideally have either at least 2 years of funds/super industry experience and/or hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- at least 2 years of investment funds or super experience (preferred) or relevant degree qualified.
