**As APAC Paralegal/ Administrator primary responsibilities include**:
**Paralegal**
- Maintain, update and roll out of template agreements in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders.
- Liaise with the board of directors, officers and external law firms regarding corporate secretarial matters
- Review, draft and/or develop non-complex legal documents, communications and training materials independently
- Assist the Head of Legal, APAC with the review of internal processes and documents and ensure compliance with the relevant internal and external regulatory framework, company policies, standards and requirements
- Independently handle legal and/or factual research as required
- Review and advise on compliance related programs
- Assist with the management of legal issues on a day-to-day basis under the direction of Head of Legal, APAC

**Administrator**
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Head of Legal, APAC.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with external vendors and manage team budget and expenses.
- Process payment requests for vendors
- Provide support and assistance to APAC Legal Team

**Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Prior In-house paralegal and compliance experience will be highly advantageous
- Experience as an Administrator in an MNC/high matrix organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
