**About the role**:
This role is based at the Barambah Youth Services Hub located on the grounds of Murgon State High School and reports to the Manager, Barambah Youth Services Hub/Regional Youth Engagement Service. The Barambah Youth Services Hub services youth from across the Murgon, Cherbourg and South Burnett communities and surrounds, through a range of agencies delivering services that meet the health and social needs of young people. We are looking for an individual who excels in interpersonal relationships and has a strong dedication to supporting youth services in the community.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Schedule diary appointments and maintain meeting requests whilst receiving and assisting visitors as required.
- Manage the provision of administrative support to conferences, including coordinating room bookings, taking minutes of meetings and distributing to attendees.
- Contribute to and foster a culturally inclusive environment for Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islanders peoples.
- Use spreadsheets and databases such as administration, human resources (HR), Content Manager, and financial management SAP system to process information and produce reports.
