**The Company**:
Our client is a
**global industry leader in Financial Markets**. Gain valuable experience in their
**Account Management team,** working along side high performing individuals with a passion for Stockbroking.

This role is an integral part of
**providing support to Advisors and Clients** on their product and operational queries of the stockbroking platform.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Proactively respond to and manage client queries with the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain and nurture good working relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries.
- Conduct and implement financial product reporting and back office functionalities.
- Manage and report on any promotional activities.

**You will have**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in Financial Service or Stock Broking.
- A degree in a Finance related discipline.
- RG146 certification.
- Outstanding client / customer service skills.
- Great problem solving skills.
- The ability to take ownership of the end to end completion of tasks and issues.
