Due to continued movement within our teams, we have an amazing opportunity for an Junior Account Manager to have value based, conversational style discussions with our small to medium business.
You will be joining a high performing team and a high energy culture where we celebrate success at all levels.
With a robust training program to ensure your success, you will be working on across inbound and outbound calls to your existing customer portfolio. The aim of this role is to ensure we are delivering value for money to your client base and building the relationships, safeguarding the renewal of the customers business.
This role requires experience in navigating conversations and building value.
Our successful team member possess:
- Experience in either inbound or outbound sales / retentions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional work ethic with a “can do” attitude
- Advanced computer navigation including MS office suite of products
