**About the Role**:
No industry experience? No problem We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Property Manager Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a rewarding career in property management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct all routine property inspections, ensuring compliance and tenant satisfaction.
- Assist with entry and exit inspections, including preparing detailed reports.
- Support maintenance tasks by coordinating tradespeople and following up on jobs.
- Perform various administrative duties as required to support the property management team.

**About You**:

- No or limited industry experience? We’re here to train and guide you
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new property management systems.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
