THIS is a Very Unique and Exciting opportunity for a Assistant Centre Manager or an Assistant Director to be part of a respectable organisation of a service that is well established known for its compassion and care approach towards its senior team as well as its educators..

We invite you to explore this unique opportunity for the dedicated and passionate person who has leadership potential. We also welcome experienced Educational Leaders if you are looking for a new challenge to step up in your career to mentor a service at a higher leadership level.

You will receive organised training specifically tailored for the Senior Leader, where the position is full time off the floor with the appropriate leadership training and support with a weekly visits, as well as fortnightly leadership training with the rest of the senior management team.

**Skills and Experience**
- **MUST **have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.
- Have minimum of 1 years experience as a Assistant Director. **Or, **At least one year as an Educational Leader.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A professional and empathetic approach toward families
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-educators

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification -** MUST** be approved by ACECQA
- **Minimum 1 **year experience as a centre manager
- Or, **MUST** have 2 year’s experience as an assistant manager
- Current First aid
- Current Anaphylaxis
- Current Asthma qualifications
- Current VIT / WWCC
