**About the Role**:
Emma, an 82-year-old landlord, is looking for a reliable, hands-on assistant to help maintain her rental properties in Melbourne. This is a part-time role ideal for a retired or semi-retired man who enjoys practical work and can assist with gardening, light repairs, and cleaning between tenancies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Basic garden maintenance (mowing, weeding, pruning)
- Minor repair work (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, painting)
- Cleaning properties between tenants (sweeping, mopping, general upkeep)
- Running errands (supply pickups, post office trips, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit for light manual work
- Basic handyman skills (tools provided)
- Own car and valid driver’s license (fuel costs reimbursed)
- Honest, punctual, and able to work independently
- 60-70 years old
