Raine and Horne Land Victoria is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our busy real estate agent in managing day-to-day operations and providing exceptional client service. Raine and Horne brand has been in the real estate industry since 1883 and has completed 140 years. We are looking for passionate people who can prove an asset to our company. We are an acreage company dealing in Farms, Green Wedge Zone, PSP approved land, Urban Growth Zone, Rural Living Zone, and Draft PSP.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Certificate 4 in Real Estate is mandatory.

2. Meeting Farmers & Prospecting in Little River, Lara & Werribee South for potential leads.

3. Preferred only from Western Suburbs.

4. Organizing inspections & meetings with prospective buyers.

5. Manage the real estate agent's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

7. Assist in organizing documents, contracts, and other paperwork related to real estate transactions.

8. Conduct research on properties, neighbourhoods, market trends, and industry best practices to support decision-making.

9. Assist with marketing efforts, including creating listing presentations, designing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.

7. Organize and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

8. Coordinate with other team members, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and Solicitors, to facilitate smooth transactions.

**Requirements**:
1. Certificate 4 in Real Estate is mandatory.

2. Previous experience as a sales assistant or sales representative in the real estate industry is mandatory.

3. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for property visits and errands.

4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
