**Fish & Chips Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Experienced | Immediate Start**

**About Us**

We’re a busy and well-established **Fish & Chips shop** known for quality food and great service. We’re looking for a **reliable and experienced all-rounder** to join our friendly team.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day shop operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food. This role suits someone who already has experience in a takeaway or fish & chips environment and is confident working both front and back of house.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Frying, grilling, and preparing fish, chips, burgers, and seafood
- Taking and packing customer orders efficiently
- Operating POS and handling cash/EFT
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock rotation, prep, opening and closing duties
- Trains new employees and leads the team during shifts to ensure efficient operation.
- Oversees the daily flow of the business, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory.
- Maintains high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolves customer issues and ensures a positive experience for patrons.

**Skills & Experience**
- Preferred exp **1-2 years experience** in Fish & Chips shop
- At least 1 year managment role in the kitchen
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and teamwork attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Must be available **weekday and weekends**
