The VBA and its People & Capability Division is undergoing an exciting transformation journey and the first phase which is well underway, is to build a Strengths-Based Workplace where we create the foundations to drive strategic value to the organisation so that it is best positioned to deliver Vision 27, our Strategic Plan.
As the Diversity & Capability Specialist you will be an integral member of the People Experience & Capability Team, responsible for leading the development of VBA's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy in addition to supporting the design and delivery of contemporary, enterprise-wide people development solutions to meet VBA's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head People Experience & Capability, this role has a strong Diversity & Inclusion remit and is required to partner closely with key stakeholder groups across the enterprise and build new partnerships outside of VBA and with external agencies, to deliver a contemporary approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in developing DEI Strategy with proven results at an enterprise-wide level.
- Significant experience in designing, embedding, and evaluating strategic DEI and people development solutions, frameworks, and processes that are scalable and create lasting change.
- Strong ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders to create buy-in and cut-through for strategic initiatives.
