**Position Summary**

**_Clinical Lead Occupation Therapy_**
- Full-Time Fixed Term Contract
- Based at Park Holme

**_Key responsibilities_**
- Your day will be a mix of direct client care and providing clinical leadership to the team to support the effective and efficient delivery of services and quality outcomes for clients and carers. You will provide education, advice and support to our staff to ensure consistency of service quality and competence. Keep up to date with any industry changes occurring within the Occupational Therapy discipline and ensure best practice is continued within the team. Use your highly developed relationship building skills to work with employees across the organisation, external providers and clients.

**_ About you_**
- Degree level qualifications in Occupation Therapy and a current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work within allocated timeframes
- Ability to identify and provide appropriate advice on complex care needs with limited direction
- Previous experience in home modifications and equipment prescription (desirable)
- Ability to use a reablement/restorative model of care to enhance client’s independence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Valid Australian driver’s license
