**Description**:
As the Occupational Therapy Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to our team of OTs. All Occupational Therapists at NAPA Centre complete skilled assessments and provide intervention to disabled infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with disorders that affect development of motor, cognitive, and behavioural skills. **Skills and Experiences**:
**About the right person**:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (Paediatric disability experience preferred)
Registration with AHPRA
A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening
CPR & First Aid certificates
Ability to create a safe, professional, and supportive environment where clients, families and colleagues feel empowered to succeed.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and other medical professionals.
Demonstrates a level of professional empathy towards clients and the ability to develop rapport.
Good Physical health and fitness and the ability to engage in play based therapy with the clients.
