We are looking for a Builder to join our growing company. We specialize in higher end architectural builds and renovations in both the residential and commercial sectors largely based on the Mornington Peninsula.

**The Role**
- Perform construction works, tasks, maintenance, alterations, repair, rectification and renovation of various structures and buildings.
- Comply with the company Occupational Health & Safety policy and associated procedures and co-operate with Venn Constructions by following safe work instructions and practices.
- Safe operation of basic hand-, power
- and other tools, safely using fall protection and reporting any unsafe situations immediately to the Construction Manager, Project Manager or Director.
- If directed, perform Site inductions as part of company's OH&S plan and maintain on site documentation as required or directed.
- Read building specifications, plans, standards and other building documentation.
- If directed, ordering of required materials and equipment and review material purchase orders, Checking of delivered materials on site.
- Operate any item(s) of plant that may be required on a day to day basis provided appropriate qualifications are held.
- Clean-up of work areas and job site as required, maintaining organized jobsite
- Potential for managing trades and labour on site..

**Experience & Requirement**
- Building or skilled labour experience, trade background is beneficial with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate sound work ethics and time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willing to work as a team player

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
