Blue Croc Manufacturing is a fast-growing leader in premium pool fencing, balustrades, and custom aluminium solutions. We're on the hunt for a motivated and people-driven Lead Generator to join our team and help us grow our builder network across Victoria.


What You'll Be Doing

This is a relationship-first role that thrives on initiative. You'll spend your days out in the field, spotting opportunities, building trust, and connecting with the people who shape the building industry.

  • Visit job sites and connect with builders, site supervisors, and tradespeople to uncover new opportunities.
  • Follow up with potential clients and stay engaged with projects in the pipeline.
  • Keep things moving by logging site visits, updating CRM tools, and passing on key project info to the sales team.
  • Promote additional services like Croc Bags (our site rubbish removal solution) to both new and existing contacts.
  • Drop off merch and check in with our regular clients to keep relationships strong.

What We're Looking For
  • Someone confident striking up a conversation with just about anyone
  • A natural relationship builder who sees potential everywhere
  • Organised, dependable, and consistent with follow-ups and admin
  • Experience in construction, trades, or B2B service sales is a bonus — but not essential
