**The Role**:
Compare Club is looking for an experienced
**Customer Lifecycle and CRM Specialist **with a passion for everything customer-centric to join our Member Experience team.

This is a high-visibility role focused on converting new users into long-term Compare Club Members. You’ll work collaboratively with the data, products, sales, brand, and acquisition teams to test and track the best cross-channel workflows to drive up conversion metrics.

Using best-in-class tools (Braze, Tableau) to strategise, execute, and report on campaigns ranging from one-off conversion tests to highly personalised lifecycle campaigns, your day-to-day work will have a direct impact on our key metrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily management and leading CRM/Multi-channel plans to increase customer conversion, LTV, build lasting customer relationships, drive engagement, retention, and personalisation
- Explore new campaigns, test and learn initiatives to improve key KPIs: OR, CTR, ongoing engagement, conversion, unsubscribes and spam rates amongst others.
- Use rigorous testing strategy (A/B and multivariate tests) alongside the team to continually optimize all areas of the programs, including identifying moments to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle and behaviours across multiple channels.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results across all channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving engagement and retention. Work with Data Analysis team to understand lift of campaigns against critical metrics
- Work with the Content team to improve customer engagement and ensure synced messaging & branding across all touchpoints
- Partner with the Analytics team to improve audience segmentation, CLTV, and campaign performance reporting & optimization
- Coordinate the creation, production, scheduling, and deployment of campaigns (Graphics, Copy, Translation, Targeting) and optimize based on customer response.
- Define measurable metrics and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives

**About You**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing Automation and have worked with platforms such as Braze, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign or similar
- Ability to understand customer pain points, continuously analyse the performance of campaigns and lifecycle journeys, deliver clear, nuanced and well-reasoned conclusions in order for the team to better understand its impact and build a culture of iteration.
- Understanding of test design to carry out data-driven marketing initiatives and good at analytics and have a passion for problem-solving.
- Are curious and playful, you are not afraid of tough challenges and confident enough to share your views
- Enjoy working in a cross-functional team
- Aptitude to learn new tools and software quickly
