**Overview**
As an **Administrative Business Partner** (ABP) in our Sydney office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a number of executives and their teams in the delivery of client projects as well as core company operations and activities. In this role you will proactively help address the needs of executives through meeting management, coordinating team members and supporting project deliverables. Your work will enable the company to maximize their productivity by facilitating collaboration and connection with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with leaders and the broader Business Support Team to help achieve business goals and objectives.

**Job Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Manage administration in relation to client projects including setup and scheduling of meetings, supporting proposal development, formatting documents and other collateral and managing deadlines
- Lead and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings including meeting preparation, recording actions and follow up to support project progression
- Manage key relationships to ensure delivery of a quality service and outcomes to our clients
- Effectively manage inbox and calendars of leaders to support their productivity to progress client outcomes
- Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of effective online filing systems
- Support client management processes including invoicing and activity reports, contact database
- Manage or contribute to special projects as required
- Manage inquiries proactively and follow through on tasks to successful completion
- Manage travel bookings, internal and external events
- Provide general administrative support as necessary including photocopying, filing, printing, binding, and IT troubleshooting
- Provide back up support to Business Support team members including lunch cover and annual leave periods as required
- Collaborate with Business support team across all offices to provide seamless support to the business
- Be a leader in championing office culture through positive example and proactive contribution

**Your practical skills and experience should include**:

- Experience providing high-level support to multiple team members
- Strong focus on client service and professional presentation
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive approach to take ownership and accountability for completion of tasks to the highest standard
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Be team focussed with a positive attitude to contribute to team culture
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm, and interact at all levels within the firm
- Proactive and willing to go above and beyond
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team
- Strong technology skills - Excellent MS Office skills ideally including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
