As a part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated **Project Support Area Lead **to join our team in **Potts Point, Sydney.**

**Position Overview**:
As the **Project Support Area Lead **, you will play a pivotal role in our team by providing project support and leadership within the construction domain. Your expertise in construction management and your ability to oversee project activities will ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the growth and success of BGIS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of project support professionals, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Provide expertise in construction management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee project scheduling, budget tracking, risk management, and quality control.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.**:

- A background in construction management is essential, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Sound understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or project management will be an advantage.
