**The Role**
As and Administration Officer for Fleet Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting requirements for the Australian Fleet mainly in the areas of Fleet Visits and ministerial business. This will include compliance requirements and execution of visits for internal, external and VIP stakeholders.

You will work under the guidance of a senior ADF officer and in a blended team including APS and uniformed personnel delivering the requirements of Fleet Executive and Support Force. There is opportunity to tour ships with visiting guests and host visits to ADF establishments as part of the role.

Duties of this role will be mainly transactional within existing processes, but will transact with all levels of defence, community and government.

The Key duties of the position include:

- Interface between Fleet Executive and stakeholders.
- Correspondence workflow.
- Maintenance of spreadsheets and data management.
- Assistance to APS 6 for Ministerial business.
- Routine reporting through various forums.
- General administration including updating Fleet Executive policies and general governance tasks.
