We are looking for someone who is eager to keep up to date with hospitality industry trends and will be supported to grow with our company. We are creating a high-performance environment and we are looking for experienced hospitality tech installers to hit the ground with a good foundation of knowledge.

You will assist with the software and hardware deployment, customer service support and customer training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting up network equipment, iPads, POS peripherals, loyalty and payment solutions
- Provide training to end users
- Attend construction sites to advise on network/POS setup
- Tailor POS settings to suit client requirements
- Occasional travel interstate
- Working with our VIP clients
- Working with our Franchise partners
- Training and supporting junior staff
- Ensuring team performance in customer onboarding.
- Meeting team KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Identifying areas for improvement

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Experience in hospitality technology and/or POS systems (required)
- Experience within the Hospitality industry (Highly regarded)
- Networking and IT knowledge (required)
- Project-based deployment
- Driver's license and a vehicle
- Ability to engage customers at different levels from customers who are non-tech savvy to IT departments
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the hospitality or retail industry
- Strong communication - Face to Face & Written
- Strong problem-solving ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Discipline & attention to detail in all assigned tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- The legal right to work full-time in Australia
