**The role**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Parking Services team to manage the parking and traffic control across the Crown complex on busy weekends and events.

**Please note you must have full availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Mostly nights) and hold a full Australian Drivers License.**

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Process customer queries accurately and within required timeframes.
- Pre-plan and organise traffic and parking requirements for scheduled events.
- Report unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged items immediately, ensuring staff and patron security are always maintained.
- Manage and empty parking meters when required.
- Oversee and direct contractors - Traffic Controllers.
- Adhere to Crown Perth’s brand culture and deliver the relevant service to our staff and patrons.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Experience working in a strong customer focused environment.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure when required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Experience in Parking industry is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for long periods of time.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a valid full Australian Drivers License.
