**About The Role**

At Sportsbet, we’re all about bold thinking, innovation, and investing in our people. We’re looking for a Learning & Capability Specialist to join our People & Culture team and help drive impactful, enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives.

Reporting to the Leadership, Capability & Talent Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the way we grow our people—designing and delivering programs that build leadership capability, enable meaningful career pathways, and support a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Excellence to co-create human-centred solutions that are scalable, future-focused, and aligned to our strategic priorities—including exciting, forward-looking initiatives like our AI Academy, designed to uplift digital and data capabilities across the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the design and implementation of leadership development programs across all levels
- Support the development of capability and career frameworks that empower growth and progression
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure programs meet real business needs and are adopted widely
- Help manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable seamless learning experiences
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes
- Build strong relationships with external partners and contribute to effective vendor and budget management

**About you**
- Experience designing and delivering learning or leadership programs in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of leadership, learning, and capability development trends and best practices
- A strategic and practical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and an ability to draw actionable insights from data
- A collaborative, people-first approach—you enjoy co-creating solutions and enabling others to thrive
