**A bit about the role...**

Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program as an Employment consultant means taking on the challenging yet fulfilling responsibility of assisting a diverse range of clients in securing sustainable meaningful employment. You'll manage a varied and active caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities. This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting KPIs. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives and communities, this position is perfect for you

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in East Brisbane. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, in office.

- Digitally savvy - intermediate computer skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPI’s
