Are you a curious, values-driven consultant who wants to do work that matters?

GoodWolf is a boutique advisory firm working with funders and changemakers across philanthropy and the for-purpose sector. We guide organisations through complexity to clarity—designing strategy, supporting change, and amplifying impact.

We're looking for a Consultant to join our dynamic team. You'll will:

  • Work on a wide range of projects with a team of sector experts
  • Engage widely with the For-Purpose and Philanthropic organisations
  • Contribute sharp thinking and empathy
  • Grow with a business deeply committed to building a more just, fair and sustainable society.

We value generosity, good thinking, great relationships and a bit of magic.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years experience in consulting or the for-purpose space
  • Strong research, analysis and communication skills
  • Creative, collaborative and thoughtful in your approach
  • Impact measurement and/ or financial modelling capability (desirable)
