38 hour working week between 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday
- $30 - $35 Per Hour + Super + Commission
- Warm outbound calls from existing leads

A large industry-leading service and sales company, based in the Sydney CBD is looking to hire a proactive call centre representative for warm outbound sales calls. The company is highly sort after and a specialist within their field have really honed in on how to provide both companies and customers with an empowering platform to offer and find the best service and prices for individuals' needs.

**The role**

As an outbound call centre representative, you will:

- Make outbound sales calls to warm existing leads
- Provide customers with advice and information relating to our services
- Identifying customer needs in order to close the sale
- Managing and updating customer information in the database

***

**About you**
- Motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
- Well-spoken with a good phone manner
- Able to close sales
- Strong listening and analytical skills to understand customer needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
