**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
To provide administrative support to all key customers in the day-to-day activities.

To support the implementation of retail-based initiatives by field-based staff through the provision of administrative assistance. At the same time ensuring, where necessary, the effective and efficient implementation of the cycle planning projects and channel strategies including the effective utilisation of resources and database management

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

Operational
- Complete Purchase Orders and invoices as per policy guidelines.
- Ensure all relevant data bases are maintained with the latest information. This includes, but is not limited to Organizational Charts, Contact Listings and Competitor Intelligence
- Effective use of resources to achieve objectives and always look for opportunities to save, e.g., Travel bookings, conferences, stationery etc. to contribute to the state achievement of FS&V.
- To coordinate returns from retailers and liaise with the field force, DHL & Head office.
- To collate and coordinate distribution of materials to the field force.
- Maintain the IT systems backup within the office.
- Prepare the set-up tools for all new staters
- To ensure effective control over the mobile telephones and fleet for NSW and QLD.

Management
- Coordination of conferences and functions as directed and within specified timeframes ensuring the venue, venue facilities, accommodation and costs meet the requirements of the activity.
- Liaise with contractors as per procurement guidelines and continually look for opportunities to improve efficiency and save on costs.
- Ad-hoc activities as directed by Head of Northern Cluster Operations.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have strong communication skills both orally and in written form?
- Do you have comprehensive computer literacy with Excel and Outlook?

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 2 years of experience in an administration assistant role.
- Effective Time Management
- Confidence to work in direct contact with various levels of personnel, including senior management.
