**About the Role**
As the National Business Administration Services Manager you will provide oversight, governance and consistency around BVAC operating procedures and lead a team of specialist consultants to provide direct support to all Care Homes to:
- Improve the consistency, accuracy and compliance of Resident Agreements;
- Optimise Government funding outcomes to ensure all eligible financial Accommodation Supplements are claimed and reconciled, and RAD/DAP recovery is optimised
- Manage risk across Additional Service activity, including; Resident Agreement and billing accuracy and compliance; and existing resident’s Additional Services changes and resultant impact on Deed of Variations and billing.

**Duties**
- Lead a team to support across the national care home portfolio to 33 against BVAC polices and processes, governing legislation and regulations as applicable to the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Oversee the introduction, amendment or consolidation of Work Instructions (WI) across functional areas including operations, clinical and risk to embed appropriate operating practices and governance, working closely with the BMS Service Improvement and Change Management teams
- Act as an information conduit between the operations team and other key areas of the business such as clinical and risk teams
- Ensure funding is optimised and fully realised through effective, accurate and timely supplement recovery and any leakage is identified and addressed
- Implement systems to effectively manage, monitor and control all non-wage costs, in conjunction with the finance team
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in Resident Agreements and efficiency in the customer journey pertaining to issuing and returning of signed agreements
- Empower effective reviews of Medicare Payment Statements and via the development of appropriate reporting and inform Regional Managers and General Managers of variances with timeframes for completing any identified actions
- Effectively oversee the development and competency of the Homes Business Administrators in consideration of effective Resident Agreement completion, adherence to Additional Service Legislation and Epicor Data Entry with a core focus to minimise errors and ensure adherence to legislative requirements
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualified with a relevant business degree
- Expert level of knowledge of the Aged Care Fees and Charges and applicable Aged Care Legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in training and assessment (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a complex healthcare environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as be collaborative and work across teams
- Experience working in dynamic, fast paced environments and confident executing change initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of emotional intelligence
