**Description & Requirements**:

- Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated HSE Coordinator to join our Queensland Operations commencing mid-March 2025, for a 2-month duration, with potential for ongoing work.
- The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for providing advice and support to our project teams whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards during a Power Station Outage. This position will see you working a 6 day on 1day off continuous roster arrangement during the outage, based in Regional QLD, and 1 week post outage from our Brisbane office.

- A diploma or tertiary qualification in WHS
- Relevant (site based) power generation industry experience as a HSE professional
- Experience with the facilitation of incident investigations
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of HSE legislation, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia
