With a team of over 200 employees in Australia and New Zealand, we are known for our client-focused and innovative approach to project delivery. **Role Overview**:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and codes of practice at construction sites.
- Preparing SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and JHA's (Job Hazard Analysis).
- Conducting risk assessments.
- Carrying out on-site audits and inspections.
- Developing management plans.
- Coordinating safety meetings on-site.
- Managing worker training.
- Preparing management reports.
- Overseeing and reporting on incidents.
- Managing overall company HSE.
- Administering safety systems.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction Health and Safety sector.
- Certification at least at the level of Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- Current First Aid certification.
- A valid driver's license for travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast job sites.
- Proficiency in current HSE legislation, acts, codes of practice, and regulations.
- Familiarity with AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Positive attitude and approachable demeanor.
