- Claims/ call Centre with ongoing work opportunities
- **Rosters are planned 6 weeks in advance. The shifts can range weekdays anywhere from 7am - 7pm and you would work a standard day within these hours.**:

- 4 weeks training in Eight Mile Plains but then option to work from CBD office
- Free onsite parking at Eight Mile Plains office
- No vaccination requirements
- WFH flexi days after 3 months training (Laptop provided)
- 6 month contract with possible extension
- Salary $32.69 p/h + super

**Key role responsibilities**:

- End to end claim ownership, inclusive of lodgement, of claims of your complexity.
- Triaging, claims management and deployment of emergency services to the scene to mitigate loss.
- Participate in coaching and training to enable you to improve the Members experience and claims outcomes or prepare to manage claims of higher complexity (as required).
- Providing proactive, timely, quality and efficient claims outcomes.
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with the incumbent's knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Promote teamwork amongst individuals and across functions.
- Manage overflow of triaging and claim complexities in line with the incumbent's knowledge, skills and abilities

**Key skills required**:

- Previous expereince in Claims, Call centre, Insurance or Finance
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Able to handle emotionally charged situations
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to collaborate, work well in a team and have a positive impact on engagement
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate & display decision-making skills
- Developed computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage varying workloads and pressures
- Experience in customer service is essential
